PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 12th day of October, 2015, the Board of Commissioners of the Montgomery Fire District approved a resolution which permits the sale of a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe LT. Interested purchasers shall provide a proposed purchase price no later than the 30th day of November 2015. Bids shall be submitted in writing, in a sealed envelope with the words “BID FOR CHIEF’S VEHICLE” and shall be addressed to Barbara A. Ibberson, Secretary at the following address: MONTGOMERY FIRE DISTRICT, P.O. BOX 207 MONTGOMERY, NY 12549.
Bids shall be opened on Monday, December 14th, 2015 at 7:00 PM at the fire station located at 136 Ward Street, Montgomery, NY. The vehicle may be inspected by calling Asst. Chief John Hank III at 845-416-7723. The Montgomery Fire District reserves the right to reject any or all bids under $15,000.00 and to readvertise for new bids.
